Toby J's offers a full line of hand crafted log furniture and home decor using lodge pole pine, alder, juniper, redwood black walnut. And for a limited time norfolk pine.
We use reclaimed lumber and trees rhat have been harvested due to land management and urban tree removal.
Toby J's Story: Toby J's Art is a family-owned-and-operated chainsaw art,log furniture business consisting of Toby Johnson, his wife Dawn, daughter Nichole, their son Adam & son in-law Derrick. Their establishment has grown to be known not only for the talent that Toby has been blessed with but also for the custom furniture. Located in Aurora, Oregon.
All wood used in our furniture is kiln dried to ensure structual integrity. Our skip peeled furniture is made with logs hand peeled using a draw knife to remove the bark. After the furniture is build each piece is sealed with sandable sealer, then a water based varnish is applied to preserve the natural beauty of the wood.
